Overview
To deliver TPA patient-centered services within the clinical excellence covered network and provide quality medical care to ensure a positive patient experience during the healthcare journey.
Responsibilities
- Patient-Centered Service:
Engage with inpatients and their families to swiftly address hospital-related concerns or issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support appropriate and effective treatment and care.
- Ensure the consistent reporting of daily medical outcomes and notes for all patients.
- Manage members and hospital staff feedback and provide resolution.
- Identify possible issues and act proactively to implement solutions to avoid a negative impact.
- Clinical Excellence:
Oversee hospital medical services and adherence to clinical standards. - Monitor excellence in inpatient services to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Identify negative impact and critical issues with Provider’s Medical management as they arise.
- Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Coordinate with hospitals to support professional development and align case management plans with contractual clinical pathways and ensure compliance with agreed standards of service delivery with Bupa.
- Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure seamless patient care and address challenges or issues that may arise.
