Job Title: Telecaller
Department: Sales/Customer Service
Reports To: Sales Manager/Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
The telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to potential and existing clients. They will assist in generating leads, scheduling appointments, providing information about our interior design services, and ensuring clients are satisfied with the services provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Appointment Setting:
Contact potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, or referrals to generate leads for interior design services.
Schedule consultations and meetings between prospective clients and the design team.
Client Communication:
Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries about the company’s services, designs, and pricing.
Provide clients with relevant information and ensure they are aware of the company’s offerings.
Follow up on previous inquiries and nurture relationships with existing clients.
Service Promotion:
Promote the company’s design services, special offers, and any new offerings.
Ensure clients are informed about new trends, product launches, or discounts that could benefit them.
Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain an updated database of clients and leads.
Follow up with clients post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Team:
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Provide input for improving customer outreach strategies.
Report Generation & Data Entry:
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and client details.
Report daily or weekly progress on calls, leads, and appointments to the sales manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Sales Ability: Experience in sales or customer service, preferably within the interior design or related industry.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a high volume of calls and maintain an organized client database.
Knowledge of Interior Design Services: Basic understanding of interior design and the company’s offerings is a plus.
Computer Skills: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, or Google Workspace.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle client concerns or objections efficiently and professionally.

Experience:

Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or home improvement industry.

Educational Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in marketing, sales, or related field is a plus).

Working Hours:

Full-time, Monday to Friday (and weekends if required based on business needs).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
