Role Responsibilities
- Managingprojectexecutionandateamofconsultantsensuringthesuccessfuldeliveryofclientengagements,includingplanningtheday-to-dayworkoftheteam,facilitatingclientinterviewsandworkshops,structuringclientdeliverablesandensuring
Alpha’sstandardsforqualityaremet
- Creatingacultureofcontinuouslearningfor Alphateammembers,andactivelymentoringtodeveloptheirskillsetastheyprogressintheircareers
- Supporting
AlphaFMC’sbusinessdevelopmentbydrivingthecreationofclientproposals,authoringthoughtleadership,andmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithpastandprospectiveclients
- Contributingtothewider Alphacommunitybymakinginnovativeandproactivecontributionstooneormoreof Alpha ’sbusinessmanagementorpracticeareas
- Maintainingabroadunderstandingofthechallengesfacingthe Asset&Wealth Management Industryanddemonstratingsubjectmatterexpertiseinaleastoneareaindemandbyclients
Role Requirements(Skills,Experience and Qualifications)
- Atleast5yearsofprovenconsultingexperienceatarecognizedconsultingfirmand/orthroughan‘in-house’consulting/projectmanagementroleatanassetorwealthmanagementorganization
- Significantexperienceandunderstandingoffinancialservicesorganizations,preferablyassetand/orwealthmanagement
- Excellentconsultingandproblem-solving skills.
Familiaritywithrecognizedconsultingframeworksandtechniques;experienceofresearch,quantitative analysis,structuredproblemsolvingandexecutivecommunicationtechniques
- Provenpresentationskillssupportedbyfirstclasswrittenandverbalcommunicationskills;theabilitytoarticulatecomplexproblemsandsolutionsinasimple,logical,andimpactfulmanner
- Proventrackrecordofbuildingandsustaininglastingrelationshipswithclients
- Operatingmodeldesignandimplementationexperienceimpactingbusinessprocessesand/orITsolutionsinatleastonebusinessareasuchas
