Job Description
Responsible for providing strategic insights to the Market Insights & Partnerships Department and identifying
opportunities for growth
and improvement within AD Ports Group. Play a vital role in enabling better decision-making by delivering actionable intelligence reports and recommendations based on market trends, competitor analysis, and other key performance indicators.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to provide actionable insights.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence reports on market landscape, competitor strategies, and industry trends.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to identify growth and improvement opportunities based on data-driven insights.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports on key performance indicators and market trends.
Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns that inform business decisions.
Present regular updates to
senior leadership
on market and competitive trends.
Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and partners to stay informed on industry developments.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in market intelligence.
People Management Responsibilities:
Identify staffing needs and personnel development opportunities to optimize team performance.
Evaluate team performance, provide ongoing feedback, and coach team members for capability development.
Strategic Responsibilities:
Implement data-driven strategic visions and growth opportunities aligned with AD Ports Group strategy.
Contribute to the production of monthly market scorecards and annual strategic plans.
