Responsibilities  Develop client and potential client relationships.  Have a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market (preferably but not a pre-requisite) you work in.  Understand the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, and site inspections to signing new business.  Good written and spoken
communication
to engage with prospective and existing clients. Â Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Creative thinker, who can identify new and
innovative
ways to onboard new business. Â Engage with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authority. Â Actively participate in networking events and functions.
Job Requirements
At least 3-5 years UAE experience of successful sales experience in premium hotels, real estate brokers, or business centers. Â Must be fluent in English. Â Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline. Â Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts.
Able to negotiate with decision-makers, senior executives, and CEOs. Â Great interpersonal, communications, and networking / outgoing skills. Â Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks. Â Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries.
