Responsibilities  Develop client and potential client relationships.  Have a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market (preferably but not a pre-requisite) you work in.  Understand the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, and site inspections to signing new business.  Good written and spoken

communication

to engage with prospective and existing clients.  Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Creative thinker, who can identify new and

innovative

ways to onboard new business.  Engage with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authority.  Actively participate in networking events and functions.

Job Requirements

At least 3-5 years UAE experience of successful sales experience in premium hotels, real estate brokers, or business centers.  Must be fluent in English.  Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline.  Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts.

Able to negotiate with decision-makers, senior executives, and CEOs.  Great interpersonal, communications, and networking / outgoing skills.  Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks.  Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries.
