Job Description
Role Summary:
Responsible for managing the entire bid process, from coordinating bid opportunities to submitting final proposals. Work closely withcross-functional teamssuch as Business Development, Service Delivery, Advisory and Consultation, and Finance to develop winning bids that meet customer requirements and maximize profitability. Responsible for maintaining bid-related documentation and records.
Main Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate bid opportunities that align with SAFE’s strategic goals and capabilities.
Lead the bid process from start to finish, including coordinatingcross-functional teamsand ensuring compliance with bid requirements.
Develop and maintain bid-related documentation, including templates, standard responses, and pricing models.
Research customer needs, preferences, and pain points to inform bid proposals.
Collaborate with advisory, consultancy, finance, and service delivery teams to develop customized proposals that meet customer requirements and differentiate SAFE from competitors.
Manage the bid budget and ensure all costs are accounted for in the proposal.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans as needed.
Ensure that all bid-related documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
Maintain bid-related records and data to inform future bidding efforts.
Provide regular updates on the status of bids to relevant stakeholders, includingsenior managementand sales teams.
Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future bidding efforts.
Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of experience.
Required Skills:
Strong verbal & writtencommunication skillsin both English & Arabic.
Microsoft Office and other relevant software/tools for proposal development andproject management.
