Job Purpose

The BU Marketing Manager role holder will be supporting in the development of SEVEN’s Attractions brands and driving the launch and opening marketing plans for attractions across the Kingdom. He/she will be managing a set of brands post opening to ensure alignment with SEVEN’s overall business objectives.

Stakeholders’ Relations

§  Act as SEVEN’s representative with local and international ventures and enterprises to establish and maintain good working relationships with the key stakeholders within and outside the SEVEN

Budget

§  Comply with the budget approved in his unit to ensure appropriate utilization for the SEVEN’s financial resources

§  Supervise function’s budget utilization during the year across all related functions to ensure that the spending’s are in alignment with the submitted and approved budget

Governance and Resilience

§  Monitor the operational activities within his function to ensure compliance with the function’s policies and procedures

§  Lead functions day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with the approved policies & procedures

People Management

§  Provides his subordinates with ongoing feedback and coaching to ensure their continuous improvement

§  Conduct the annual appraisal evaluation in compliance with the HR policies and procedures to ensure appropriate and fair evaluation for his subordinates’ performance

 

 

Functional Accountabilities

Design & Content

▪          Manage the structure/content creation to be used across attractions website, social media campaigns, performance marketing efforts, etc.

▪          Manage the preparation of design and content for the campaigns, presentations, etc.

▪          Manage relationship management with external suppliers supporting design and content processes (e.g. external design agencies, printing houses, etc.)

Social Media

▪          Manage the development of guidelines for managing social media accounts for attractions

▪          Ensure the Attractions’ brands are well-represented on SEVEN’s social media channels pre-launch.

▪          Manage social media listening in coordination with ‘Customer Insights’ to monitor people’s perception of SEVEN on social media

B2C Revenue

▪          Lead the annual B2C commercial plan for the attraction, designing and executing revenue-driving offers and campaigns aligned to sales and visitation targets

Brand and Tactical Campaigns

▪          Delivering on the marketing plans that have been put in place in collaboration with the brand teams and corporate marketing function.

•    Oversee the delivery and the activation of all marketing campaigns across all set    channels.

•      Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver a seasonal marketing

calendar and determine unique guest-facing content needs for Attractions’ brands

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications

▪          Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent as a minimum

▪          MBA/PGDM in Marketing, or equivalent is preferred

Professional Certifications

▪          Professional certificate in Digital Marketing or Brand Management is preferred

EXPERIENCE

Required Experience

▪          8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a management role

▪          Experience in brand management in the service-oriented sector is preferred (leisure & entertainment, malls, tourism industry.
