Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Specialist / Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT systems across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), virtualization, cloud storage, backup and recovery, and enterprise system administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to system incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
Provide operational support while meeting SLA and shift requirements.
Participate in on-call support for critical infrastructure issues.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve performance bottlenecks.
Administer and manage Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services.
Deploy and manage virtual machines, cloud databases, and PaaS services.
Manage cloud storage solutions, including object and file storage.
Monitor and optimize system performance, availability, and reliability.
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in IT Systems Engineering or Cloud Infrastructure.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and GCP.
Good knowledge of virtualization technologies and enterprise storage.
Familiarity with cloud security and infrastructure best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Strong communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect / Associate Cloud Engineer
VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
Microsoft Windows Server Certification
