In this pivotal role, you will be the right hand to our leadership, acting as the operational "engine" that ensures our management strategies are translated into flawless execution. Located on the 17th floor with a view of the skyline, you will help shape the future of luxury fashion in the region.

The Role (Key Responsibilities)

  • Operational Oversight: Streamline communication between senior management and departmental leads to ensure all business objectives are met.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of quarterly goals and track progress across our sales, marketing, and logistics teams.
  • Meeting & Briefing Lead: Organize high-level board meetings, prepare executive presentations, and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
  • Performance Analytics: Compile and analyze operational data to help management make informed decisions regarding boutique performance and market trends.
  • External Liaison: Represent the management office when communicating with premium mall operators, international partners, and high-profile stakeholders.

The Candidate (Requirements)

  • The Background: 4+ years of experience in management coordination, executive assistance, or business operations (Luxury or Retail sectors preferred).
  • The Skillset: Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or similar).
  • Language: Professional fluency in English is required; Arabic is highly preferred for navigating the local business landscape.
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, discretion with confidential data, and the ability to pivot quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Status: Currently residing in Qatar with a valid QID and transferable sponsorship.
