Title: Management Consultant – Supply Chain Governance & Compliance

Job Objective
Lead, design, and develop an integrated governance and compliance framework for the supply chain. This includes establishing compliance committees, developing internal and self-audit frameworks, and enhancing control, compliance, and risk management in accordance with best practices and international standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
First: Supply Chain Governance and Compliance
•
Develop an integrated supply chain governance and compliance framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and global best practices.
•
Establish and activate the Compliance Steering Committee, defining its organizational structure, authorities, and decision-making mechanisms.
•
Develop the Committee Charter and the Roles and Responsibilities Matrix (RACI Matrix).
•
Prepare policies, procedures, and controls related to compliance and governance within the supply chain.
•
Develop oversight, monitoring, and reporting mechanisms, as well as dashboards for compliance and risks.
Second: Internal and Self-Audit
•
Design and develop the internal audit and self-audit framework within the supply chain.
•
Develop audit programs, audit plans, checklists, and reporting templates.
•
Implement Risk-Based Auditing methodologies.
•
Develop mechanisms for the proactive detection of non-conformities and operational risks.
•
Review and analyze audit results, and prepare corrective and improvement action plans.
Third: Compliance, Risks, and Ethics
•
Develop the Code of Business Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct, integrating them with operational policies.
•
Support the implementation of compliance requirements, anti-corruption measures, and supplier due diligence.
•
Develop whistleblowing mechanisms and whistleblower protection in accordance with best practices.
•
Promote a culture of compliance, transparency, and integrity within the supply chain.
•
Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and compliance and risk reports.
•
Support the automation of regulatory controls and the reduction of human errors in operational processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or any related field.
•
Minimum of 10 years of experience in governance, compliance, internal auditing, and supply chain.
•
Experience in developing governance and compliance frameworks, establishing committees and their charters, and internal audit procedures.
•
