An opportunity exists for the position of Mall Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate the mall while overseeing maintenance and operational tasks.
- Increase occupancy rates and attract suitable retail brands.
- Manage tenant relationships and address operational challenges.
- Supervise marketing activities and campaigns to boost visitor numbers.
- Prepare operational reports and submit them to management.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing shopping malls or retail centers.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage teams and analyze performance for decision-making.
