Mall Manager | Fujairah & Surrounding Areas
We are supporting a retail and real estate platform in the appointment of a mall manager to oversee the day-to‑day operations and overall performance of multiple retail assets in Fujairah and surrounding areas. The role reports to senior leadership and will play an important part in ensuring the asset operates efficiently, maintains strong tenant relationships, and delivers a high‑quality customer experience in line with the local retail market.
This position requires a hands‑on approach across operations, leasing coordination, marketing initiatives, and financial performance, ensuring the mall continues to perform strongly both commercially and operationally within the Fujairah market.
The position is based across Fujairah and surrounding areas and operates on a 6‑day working week, reflecting the operational nature of the role.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring high standards across facilities, customer experience, and service delivery
- Manage tenant relationships, supporting leasing activity, store openings, and occupancy levels
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns and events to support footfall and customer engagement
- Monitor budgets, service providers, and operational performance to ensure efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams across leasing, finance, facilities, and HR
- Ensure the assets are well maintained and positioned effectively within the retail landscape
Requirements
- Experience managing Tier 2 mall assets or above
- Strong understanding of mall operations within the UAE market or GCC
- Commercially aware, with experience managing budgets and operational performance
- Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and tenants
This is a key role within a growing retail platform managing established assets across Fujairah and the Northern Emirates.
