Key Responsibilities
Provide dedicated on-site technical support at the customer’s premises.
Deliver day-to-day technical assistance throughout working hours, ensuring uninterrupted customer operations.
Work independently as a Resident Engineer while maintaining high service standards.
Coordinate with the internal technical team whenever advanced technical support is required.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering prompt, professional, and effective support.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred only 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the AIDC industry Mandatory
Strong IT background with excellent computer skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with direct experience in the AIDC / Auto-ID industry, particularly barcode scanners, label printers, RFID, or mobile computers, are strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel when required.
