Responsibilities:
Monitor each employee’s symptoms and progress by checking vital signs, administering first aid, maintaining lines, and documenting patient concerns.
Communicate with physicians, specialists, and hospital personnel.
Report any concerns with a patient’s physical, emotional, and social well-being.
Ensure the upkeep of the clinic and maintain all required medicines in the required quantities at all times.
Maintain the First Aid log and submit it to the HSE department on a monthly basis.
Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
Adhere to QHSE policy at all times.
Education:
Diploma in nursing from any recognized university and able to get medical council approval.
Professional membership with any recognized medical bodies.
Experience:
5 years of relevant experience in Engineering/Construction companies.
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of medicines and medical equipment.
Knowledge offood safetyand related diseases.
Certified Male Nurse.
MS Office.
Behavioral Skills:
GoodCommunication.
