Qualifications & Experience:
Candidate must have +/- 2 to 5 years’ experience in outdoor sales in the similar field of Blinds & Curtains.
With Project experience like in Hotels, Construction Sites, Hospitals/Clinics, etc.
Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office in MS Excel and MS Word.
Valid UAE driver’s license is a must.
Job Description:
Must be presentable and be able to read, write and speak fluent English. Must be able to take measurements and use tools.
Must achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within a market segment by effectively selling the company products.
Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Visit, Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products, showing the fabrics, the sample of blinds & curtains.
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
