Job Title: International Sales Executive – PPE Products

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated International Sales Executive to expand our global market reach for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) products. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sales within other factories, experience in international business development, and a strong understanding of safety-related exhibitions and global trade.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand the company’s presence in global markets.
Identify and engage potential B2B clients for PPE products, including safety helmets, gloves, masks, and other protective gear.
Leverage past experience in factory sales to establish strong business relationships.
Represent the company at safety-related exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads and build partnerships.
Travel internationally to meet potential clients, distributors, and industry partners.
Handle negotiations, pricing, and contracts with international distributors and clients.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and industry standards.
Work towards achieving set sales targets and revenue goals.
Provide regular sales reports and updates directly to the owner.
Requirements:
Mandatory: Proven experience in sales within other factories.
Strong B2B international sales background, preferably in PPE, safety equipment, or industrial supplies.
Experience in attending and representing companies at safety-related exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
Ability to travel internationally for client meetings, exhibitions, and sales expansion.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of global trade regulations, export documentation, and international logistics.
Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
