Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and workflow
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff
- Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality service
- Monitor clinic schedules, duty rosters, and attendance
- Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with DHA / MOH regulations and clinic policies
- Coordinate with management on clinic performance and needs
- Supervise front desk, nursing, and support staff
- Maintain basic reports, records, and inventory coordination
- Support marketing, corporate clinics, and medical camps when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in clinic or healthcare operations
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of clinic operations and healthcare standards
- Ability to handle staff and patient coordination efficiently
