Job Summary
Crystal Facilities Management is looking for a reliable and professional Tea Boy / Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will be responsible for serving refreshments, maintaining cleanliness in office and pantry areas, and assisting with general administrative and support tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pantry, kitchen, meeting rooms, and office common areas.
- Ensure pantry supplies are adequately stocked and report shortages.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms for internal and client meetings.
- Distribute documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
- Support office staff with general administrative and operational tasks.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of office furniture and equipment.
- Handle photocopying, filing, and document delivery when required.
- Follow company health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Nationality: Nepali Preferred
- Previous experience as a Tea Boy, Office Boy, or Cleaner is an advantage.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Polite, hardworking, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
