Maintenance Coordinator – Jeddah
Are you an experienced maintenance professional with a background in Retail, F&B, or Malls? We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor / Maintenance Coordinator to lead the regional maintenance function, ensuring operational efficiency and infrastructure reliability.
Location:
Jeddah
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.
Develop and implement a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
Manage internal and external maintenance work to minimize downtime.
Perform root cause analysis and problem resolution.
Oversee electro-mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems maintenance.
Ensure health, safety, and environmental policies compliance.
Manage contractors and optimize maintenance material expenditure.
Provide technical expertise and identify business improvement opportunities.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant field.
4-5 years of experience in maintenance roles.
Experience in Retail, F&B, or Malls is a must.
Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and facility equipment.
Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
