Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
We are looking for a maintenance technician for aseptic packaging who will be able to support the plant maintenance department for preventive and corrective maintenance of filling and distribution solutions and equipment by Tetra Pak. You will deliver preventive maintenance and troubleshooting services.
Participate in the execution of preventive maintenance activities in aseptic packaging.
Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment
Perform troubleshooting independently on equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause
Participate in the installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade projects
ensuring good working relationships with the team members and cross-functional teams.
Execute all work in accordance with the company’s safety regulations and requirements. comply with all reporting requirements.
Required Qualification
Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Work Experience:
5 years’ Experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Technician or similar role with minimum 5 years hands on experience.
Strong knowledge and understanding of at least 3 platforms of below Tetra Pak filling equipment:

TBA/22
A3 Compact flex
A3 Flex
A3 Speed
Technical knowledge of Tetra Pak distribution equipment including Straw Applicator, Cap Applicator, Multi packers and Cardboard packers.
Knowledge and skills of automation platforms of GE Fanuc and Allen Bradley
Proficient in English
Required Professional Skills.
Ability to repair and maintain mechanical equipment and systems.
Capability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with precision.
Strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols.
Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborative work within a team to address maintenance needs.
Proficiency in understanding and working with mechanical systems.
Flexibility to handle diverse maintenance challenges.
Efficiently responding to maintenance requests while ensuring quality and compliance.
Keeping up with industry standards and learning new equipment.
