MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Jobs in الرياض at Boo Boo Laand
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring all attractions, facilities, equipment, and building systems at Boo Boo Laand are maintained in a safe and operational condition. The role performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
Reporting toVenue Manager / Duty Manager / Team Leaders
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Perform preventive maintenance on attractions, play equipment, and facility assets.
- Inspect attractions and equipment daily to ensure safe operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and minor carpentry issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report any risks or defects immediately.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspections, and repair logs.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers when required.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas are clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with installation and assembly of new equipment and venue fixtures.
- Support setup and dismantling of equipment for events and operational requirements when needed.
- Follow all company health, safety, and maintenance procedures.
- Assist with other operational duties assigned by the Manager.
- Actively participate in all required internal and external training.
- Always be well-groomed and maintain a professional appearance.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Secondary/High School qualification or Technical/Vocational Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, amusement, hospitality, retail, or similar industries.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues safely and efficiently.
- First Aid certification and relevant technical certifications are an advantage.
