Job Description:
Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair, maintenance, and installation of AC systems and MEP components. The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise,
problem-solving
abilities, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Air Conditioning (AC):
Perform regular preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ducting, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in AC systems, such as refrigerant leaks, electrical issues, and mechanical malfunctions.
Clean and replace air filters, coils, and other components to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor and manage cooling temperatures to comply with operational and comfort requirements.
MEP:
Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical systems.
Perform routine lubrication, alignment, and component replacement for mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical failures in HVAC and plumbing-related machinery.
Maintain and repair electrical systems, including circuit breakers, wiring, and lighting fixtures. Test electrical systems to ensure continuity and safety compliance.
Repair and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
General Maintenance / Civil Works:
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Perform regular inspections to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain logs of maintenance work performed, including parts used and time taken.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
Must be located in Dubai, and have legal authorization / own visa as this role is not sponsored.
Must have access to your own vehicle, and possess a valid UAE driver’s license.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance.
Familiarity with tools, equipment, andsafety protocols.
Able to join immediately.
Ability to make reports when needed.
