Key Responsibilities:
Support the smooth operation of the property maintenance department, maintaining all areas to the highest standards.
Work collaboratively to maximize guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest inquiries.
Take responsibility for assigned duties, completing tasks in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve departmental plans and targets, supporting hotel initiatives.
Manage costs and inventory effectively, and maintain high productivity and performance levels.
Build and maintain positive working relationships, promoting company culture and values.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, maintaining documentation for audits and follow-up as needed.
Requirements:
Transferable Iqama if not a Saudi national.
Experience in property maintenance is beneficial but not essential.
Hands-on approach with a proactive work style.
Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and the hospitality industry.
Creative problem-solving skills and ownership of duties.
Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence.
Experience with IT systems across various platforms.
Strong communication skills.
