Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Supervisor with a strong MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) background to oversee maintenance operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems are functioning efficiently, manage a team of technicians, and maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules
- Troubleshoot MEP-related issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor and maintain building systems (HVAC, BMS, electrical panels, plumbing systems, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and inventory of spare parts
- Support facility improvements and cost optimization initiatives
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and facility management
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or FM environments is preferred
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of health & safety standards in the UAE
