JOB LOCATION : SAUDI ARABIA
(SWITCHGEAR / LOW VOLATGE ELECTRICAL PANEL MANUFACTURING DIVISION)
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Maintenance Dept.) – 10 NOS
- Production, Moulding & Heavy Machinery
Rubber Injection Moulding — DESMA Machines (#2–#6)
- Lead the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of DESMA injection moulding machines.
- Design and execute hydraulic system PM activities.
- Calibrate mould temperature controllers, thermocouples, and PID zones.
- Inspect and verify clamping system alignment, lubrication, ejector function, and safety circuits.
- Interpret CNC/PLC alarm histories and update PM intervals based on MTBF data.
200-Ton Hydraulic Press with Fuse & Rubber Transfer Unit
- Lead hydraulic system maintenance, calibration, and inspections.
- Inspect the Fuse and Rubber Transfer Unit components.
- Verify safety interlocks, two-hand controls, and light curtains.
Hydraulic Crimping Machines (250-Ton + Powerpack) & Crimping Machine HM3.2-PFC
- Maintain hydraulic power units, pressure settings, filtration, and fluid cleanliness.
- Verify crimping die alignment and replace worn dies.
- Service Hydraulic Powerpack Assemblies and inspect motors, pumps, and filters.
Mixing Mill Machine — BMM-14
- Manage roller calibration, lubrication, gap adjustment, and safety inspections.
- Verify roll cooling water flow rates and temperature controls.
- Ensure emergency stop and brake system functionality.
Molding Press, Trimming, Washing & Industrial Oven
- Oversee platen heating calibration and hydraulic system integrity.
- Manage trimming machine tooling replacement schedules.
- Inspect washing machine systems and chemical dosing equipment.
- Ensure industrial oven temperature uniformity and safety functionality.
- Electrical Testing, Metering & Calibration Lab Infrastructure
High-Voltage & Component Testing Equipment
- Manage and troubleshoot HV Testing Machines for MVCT.

- Maintain operational accuracy of overload and magnetic test panels.
- Verify trip characteristics and relay coordination settings.
- Conduct quarterly inspections of electrical connections and instrumentation.

- Oversee formal instrument calibration against ISO-traceable standards.
- Perform relay logic and software diagnostic checks.
- Verify current injection output accuracy and functionality.
Laser Marking Machines
- Oversee preventive maintenance of laser optics and scan systems.
- Manage cooling system maintenance and chiller performance.
- Monitor output degradation trends and implement corrective actions.

- Ensure load cell and extensometer calibration.
- Manage lubrication and mechanical component maintenance.

- Manage chiller maintenance and performance monitoring.
- Oversee flushing, descaling, sanitisation, and water treatment programmes.
- Coordinate refrigerant inspections and safety system verification.
Diesel Generators, HVAC, Exhaust Fans & Desert Water Coolers
- Manage diesel generator preventive maintenance activities.
- Oversee HVAC and exhaust fan maintenance programmes.
- Manage desert water cooler sanitisation and maintenance schedules.
- Material Handling, Packaging & Safety Compliance
5-Ton Overhead Crane
- Oversee structural and mechanical compliance inspections.
- Lubricate crane systems and inspect moving components.
- Coordinate certified load testing and annual inspections.
Pallet Wrapping Machines
- Oversee preventive maintenance of automated pallet wrappers.
- Inspect robotic arm systems, drive mechanisms, and batteries.
- Verify drive systems and emergency stop functionality.
Mettler Toledo Weighing Machine
- Coordinate calibration using certified test weights.
- Manage load cell, display, and interface inspections.
- Ensure zero balance verification before production shifts.
Forklifts, Electrical Infrastructure & Plumbing
- Oversee forklift inspection and maintenance programmes.
- Lead electrical infrastructure maintenance and thermographic inspections.
- Manage plumbing, drainage, water tank, and pressure vessel maintenance.
- Safety, PM Engineering & Spare Parts Optimisation
- Strictly enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and manage the PTW system.
- Use CMMS failure data and MTBF analysis to optimise PM cycles and reduce TCO.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory and procurement activities.
- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) on repeat failures and implement corrective actions.
- Generate weekly and monthly maintenance KPI reports covering uptime, MTTR, PM compliance, and cost per asset.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related industrial field.
Experience
- Minimum 4–7 years as a Maintenance Engineer or Senior Technician in a heavy manufacturing environment (Rubber, Plastics, or Electrical Component Manufacturing preferred).
- Candidates should have experience in Switchgear / Low Voltage Electrical Panel Manufacturing.
