Maintenance Supervisor Jobs in Dubai at FirstPoint Technical Services
Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Civil engineering
Min 4 Years experience in building construction projects (preferably in Mid rise/High rise building)
Responsibilities:
Ensure that the quality of material and installation of work is in accordance with the project acceptance criteria identified and standard practice, through proper supervision.
Ensure that the project mobilization effort is executed as planned.
Ensure that the project close out effort is executed as planned.
Electromechanical co-ordination as defined.
Ensure the necessary checking of Bar Bending Schedules versus the material delivered.
Timely marking up of ‘For Construction’ drawings towards As Built Drawings preparation.
Input, awareness and implementation of the QHSE policy
Produce week look ahead in conjunction with the planning engineer
Responsible for planning, marking out and leveling construction sites before any building work takes place.
Ensure work is delivered defect/snag free to make sure construction projects go off without a hitch.
Endeavor to spot and highlight value engineering opportunities
Prepare Daywork details where relevant.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
