Job overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance activities across our facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, coordinating repair and upkeep tasks, and ensuring that all equipment and systems are maintained in excellent working conditions. This position requires a hands-on leader who understands both the technical and operational aspects of facility and equipment maintenance, with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and reliability.
What
you will be doing:
Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance operations (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing).
Schedule and assign tasks to maintenance personnel.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure proper functioning.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts.
Maintain accurate records of work orders, equipment servicing, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Collaborate with other departments to plan maintenance activities without disrupting operations.
Assist in training and evaluating maintenance team members.
Recommend upgrades or improvements for facility equipment and systems.
Attitude matters most, but do you have any of these?
35 years of maintenance experience, including 12 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
In-depth knowledge of facility systems, including mechanical, electrical, and HVAC.
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Working knowledge of OSHA and other safety regulations.
Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals.
Good communication skills (English and Arabic) a plus, along with problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver’s license required.
Trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are advantageous.
