We are seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales executives in ensuring seamless coordination and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating various tasks related to labor mobilization, site inductions, trade tests, time sheet management, and invoice submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Labor Mobilization:
Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure the smooth mobilization of labor to various project sites.
Manage schedules and logistics for timely deployment.
Site Inductions:
Arrange and oversee induction processes for laborers at project sites.
Ensure compliance with company policies and site-specific requirements.
Trade Test Arrangements:
Organize trade tests for laborers in coordination with recruitment and project teams.
Ensure proper documentation and feedback from the tests.
Time Sheet Management:
Collect, verify, and process time sheets from various sites.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
Invoice Submissions:
Prepare and submit invoices for approval in collaboration with the accounts and sales teams.
Follow up on payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (mandatory).
A valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
Proven experience in a similar coordination or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
