Urgently Hiring – Maintenance Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. Candidates must have strong UAE experience in Facility Management, Property Management, or Real Estate and be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations for residential and commercial properties.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Lead maintenance technicians, contractors, and service providers.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor inventory, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Building Maintenance).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- UAE experience is mandatory.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
