Job Summary
Reporting to the director of operations, the Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all maintenance operations, with a specific focus on CNC machine maintenance and comprehensive facility management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the maintenance and facility management team to develop specialized protocols for CNC machinery, implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, conduct calibration and diagnostics, manage equipment lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance with minimal downtime.
Maintain detailed logs, oversee facility maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems, manage maintenance software and tools, and coordinate major repairs and renovations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Perform root cause analysis and manage inventory and reporting via CMMS.
Communicate with local authorities and adhere to HSE policies.
Experience/
Education
/Skill-set Required
Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge of CNC machines, programing, and control systems.
Certification in CNC maintenance preferred.
Understanding of industrial facility maintenance, safety standards (OSHA, ISO), and excellent communication skills.
Technical Competencies
Advanced diagnostic skills, proficiency in CNC maintenance software, facility management tools, predictive maintenance technologies, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
Frequent movement between areas, physical inspection work, exposure to manufacturing environment, use of diagnostic tools, travel to other NOV plants.
Performance Metrics
Minimize CNC downtime, maintain equipment reliability, optimize costs, ensure compliance with regulations.
