On behalf of our esteemed client, we are seeking a highly experienced and results-drivenMaintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across a high-capacity manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will bring a solid background in mechanical maintenance within steel, metal fabrication, or heavy industrial sectors.
Lead a diverse maintenance team, ensuring optimum performance and technical excellence.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure smooth equipment and facility operations.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote a strong culture of safety.
Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital assets.
Oversee installation, commissioning, and upgrades of machinery and utilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, Procurement, HSE, etc.).
Generate regular reports, analysis, and recommendations for operational improvements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong industry background in steel, fabrication, heavy manufacturing, or related sectors.
Proficient in MS Office, SAP or CMMS tools, and equipment lifecycle planning.
Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) or equivalent certification preferred.
Fluent in English with excellent leadership and communication skills.
