Wadi Fatima Foodstuff Trading Establishment is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring seamless operational performance across our production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all food and dairy processing equipment.
Troubleshoot emergency equipment failures promptly to minimize production downtime.
Oversee thermal processing, packaging, and filling lines specific to dairy manufacturing.
Lead, schedule, and mentor the technical maintenance team.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintain cost-effective maintenance operations.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Proven track record in maintenance management within food manufacturing plants, with strong preference given to dairy industry experience.
Thorough understanding of automated machinery and processing systems used in dairy production.
Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
