Key Tasks & Duties:
Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resource allocation. Define project goals and deliverables.
Team Leadership: Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, which may include engineers, technicians, aviation experts, and other specialists. Provide clear directions, set expectations, and ensure effective communication within the team.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Continuously monitor and assess project risks and make adjustments as needed to keep the project on track.
Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects stay within budgetary constraints. Report on financial status regularly.
Resource Allocation: Allocate personnel, equipment, and materials as needed to complete the project successfully. Ensure that resources are utilized efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all aviation projects comply with relevant aviation regulations and safety standards set forth by the appropriate authorities such as GACA or military regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Provide regular updates and reports.
Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet standards and specifications. Conduct inspections and audits as necessary.
Schedule Monitoring: Track project progress against timelines and adjust plans to meet milestones and deadlines.
Change Management: Manage deviations from the original plan, assess impacts on scope, timeline, and budget, and obtain necessary approvals.
Contract Oversight: Oversee contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with terms and obligations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and reports.
Problem Resolution: Address issues promptly, seeking solutions to keep projects on track.
Safety: Prioritize safety, implementing measures to protect personnel, equipment, and the environment.
Project Closeout: Ensure completion of deliverables, meet quality standards, and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Adhere to GDC ME policies on quality, health, safety, environmental, and cybersecurity protocols.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance project management processes and efficiencies.
