Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Maintenance Manager based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Maintenance Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules, managing repair tasks, and ensuring equipment is functioning at optimal performance. The role includes supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing the maintenance budget effectively. The Maintenance Manager will work closely with other departments to address maintenance needs and minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills to effectively lead and manage a maintenance team
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance procedures
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair practices, ensuring equipment reliability
- Solid knowledge of Maintenance Management, including planning, resource allocation, and budget handling
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills
- Familiarity with safety and compliance standards related to maintenance operations
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications in maintenance or engineering fields are a plus
