Position: Maintenance HVAC (Multi Technician )
A Maintenance HVAC Technician oversees heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, conducting inspections, maintenance, repairs, and installations to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Skills
Observe and implement Company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment Policies and Procedures inside company premises and at customer and supplier sites where applicable.
Support supervisors in accomplishing tasks, especially regarding uncommon personnel or technical issues.
Maintain the repair history of equipment.
Perform various heating, plumbing, and refrigeration-related tasks.
Maintain all types of motors, including AC and DC motor repairs, connections, overhauling, and preventive maintenance.
Check sensors, flowmeters, and transducers; troubleshoot and install new equipment.
Repair air conditioning and cooling systems such as central A/C units and chillers.
8. Be able to work at heights.
Coordinate and communicate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Identify the root causes of equipment malfunctions, analyze facts, and suggest simple rectification methods.
Perform monthly/weekly inspections of buildings, shops, tanks, fire and alarm systems, plumbing lines, and lighting to ensure preventive maintenance.
Conduct monthly inspections and servicing of all air conditioning units, ensuring refrigerant levels, fans, and filters are in good condition.
13. Perform monthly services on all AC units, including cleaning filters and washing units inside and outside.
Maintain a positive work environment by communicating effectively and professionally with customers, clients, co-workers, and management.
Keep work areas clean and organized, and maintain equipment in like-new condition according to maintenance plans and procedures.
Comply with safety regulations, laws, and internal rules.
17. Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.
