نبحث في شركة البستان عن مرشح متميز لشغل وظيفة رئيس قسم الصيانة / فني صيانة، حيث سيكون مسؤولاً عن الإشراف على عمليات الصيانة اليومية وضمان التشغيل المستمر والفعّال للمعدات والآلات.
تشمل المهام:
تنفيذ ومتابعة خطط الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية
تشخيص الأعطال وإجراء الإصلاحات اللازمة
قيادة فريق الصيانة وتحسين الأداء التشغيلي
تقليل فترات التوقف وزيادة الكفاءة الإنتاجية
التنسيق مع الإدارات الأخرى وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة
المؤهلات:
بكالوريوس في: الهندسة الميكانيكية، الهندسة الكهربائية
الخبرة من ٨ إلى ١٢ سنة أو أكثر في مجال الصيانة ضمن قطاع التصنيع (يفضل قطاع السلع الاستهلاكية سريعة التداول: المكسرات، القهوة، إنتاج الأغذية) ٣ إلى ٥ سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي خبرة في إدارة: الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية، المرافق (الغلايات، الضواغط، أنظمة التكييف والتهوية)، خطوط الإنتاج.
المهارات التقنية:
معرفة واسعة في: أنظمة التحكم المنطقي القابل للبرمجة (PLC) والأتمتة تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والميكانيكية أنظمة الصيانة الوقائية والتنبؤية
خبرة في: تحليل الأسباب الجذرية (RCA)، التصنيع الرشيق / الصيانة الإنتاجية الشاملة (TPM)
القيادة والإدارة إدارة الفرق (الفنيين، الكهربائيين، الميكانيكيين) القدرة على بناء هيكل الصيانة من الصفر (عند الحاجة) إعداد الميزانية ومراقبة التكاليف تخطيط قطع الغيار ومراقبة المخزون.
المهارات الشخصية:
عقلية قوية في حل المشكلات.
القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات تحت الضغط .
مهارات تواصل جيدة مع فرق الإنتاج والإدارة.
مهارات عملية، وليست إدارية فقط.
التقارير: إعداد تقارير الصيانة الدورية والوقائية والتنبؤية لضمان استمرارية الأداء وتحسين العمليات.
Job Description
At AlBustan, we are looking for a qualified Maintenance Head / Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all equipment and facilities are operating efficiently and reliably.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules
Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
Leading maintenance teams to achieve optimal performance
Minimizing downtime and improving operational efficiency
Ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering
Experience
8–12+ years in maintenance within manufacturing (FMCG preferred: nuts, coffee, food production)
Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role
Experience managing: Preventive & corrective maintenance, Utilities (boilers, compressors, HVAC), production lines.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of:
PLC systems & automation
Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting
Preventive & predictive maintenance systems
Experience with: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) , Lean Manufacturing / TPM
Leadership & Management
Team management (technicians, electricians, mechanics)
Ability to build maintenance structure from scratch (if needed)
Budgeting & cost control
Spare parts planning & inventory control
Soft Skills
Strong problem-solving mindset
Decision-making under pressure
Good communication with production & management teams
Hands-on, not just administrative
Reporting: Prepare periodic, preventive, and predictive maintenance reports to ensure operational excellence.
