Job Summary:
WyzRent Holiday Homes is seeking a reliable, proactive Maintenance & Guest Operations Coordinator in Dubai. The role requires experience in holiday homes/short-term rentals, basic maintenance and property inspections, with occasional support for guest check-ins and check-outs. The candidate must be Arabic-speaking, hold a valid UAE driving licence, communicate professionally, and coordinate effectively with the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs in holiday homes.
- Identify issues and coordinate with external contractors when needed.
- Conduct pre- and post-guest property inspections.
- Ensure apartments are clean, functional, and guest-ready.
- Check and report on all key property systems and furnishings.
- Document damages, issues, and maintenance updates.
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs when required.
- Communicate property details and house rules to guests.
- Handle urgent guest or maintenance issues professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, operations, and service teams.
- Maintain inspection records, photos, and reports.
Requirements:
- Experience in holiday homes, short-term rentals, or hospitality is required
- Basic maintenance and property inspection experience
- Must speak Arabic and have good English
- Valid UAE driving licence is required
- Good communication and people skills
- Able to work alone and in a team
- Organised, responsible, and can solve problems
- Professional when dealing with guests
- Flexible with working hours when needed
- Can handle urgent issues calmly
- Knowledge of Dubai locations is a plus
Compensation:
AED 5,000 per month, all-inclusive.
Pay: AED5,000.00 per month
