Position: MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
URGENTLY REQUIRED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER FOR AL QIMMA HEAVY EQUIPMENT FACTORY JEDDAH SAUDI ARABIA
Key Responsibilities:
- Design maintenance strategies, procedures and methods
- Carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Fit new parts and ensure equipment is working correctly
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs
- Write maintenance strategies to support installation and commissioning guidelines
Qualifications:
- Degree Requirement: BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
- Prepare and maintain production reports
- Monitor and review staff performance and implement necessary interventions for improvement
- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of raw materials
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques
- Knowledge of machines and tools
- Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and practices
- Solid computer skills
