Job Summary:
You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks to our customers. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and customer area, provide excellent customer service, and work well under pressure
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards.
Properly handle and maintain all equipment.
Ensuring that agreed food hygiene, licensing and safety standards are followed, upheld or surpassed, at all times.
Liaising with managers, waiters and runners to ensure smooth operations.
Cleaning glasses, utensils, bar and bar equipment and re-stocking bar related supplies such as napkins, glasses, ice, straws, food products and condiments.
Correctly ordering, dating and storing food, sanitizing equipment and taking other measures to ensure integrity and quality of food products.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service.-
Ability to use a coffee maker.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
