Role Purpose:
To oversee maintenance strategies and support technical troubleshooting of equipment to ensure reliability and maximize uptime.
Accountabilities:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and machinery to optimize performance and reduce the risk of breakdowns.
Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions to improve reliability and extend equipment life.
Support maintenance team members with technical expertise, assisting in troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, implementing any corrective actions as needed.
Coordinate with procurement for spare parts and manage inventory to ensure availability of critical components.
Document maintenance activities, including inspections, repairs, and parts used, to ensure accurate record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
Recommend and support continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance, contributing to overall plant efficiency.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
Proficiency in maintenance management systems and diagnostic tools.
