Maintenance Engineer Needed
One of the companies announces its need to hire a Maintenance Engineer to work at a mall located on Al-Mawasafat and Al-Maqayis Street.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* 3 to 5 years of practical experience in the maintenance field.
* Ability to prepare and implement preventive and corrective plans for equipment and systems.
* Monitoring daily maintenance operations and ensuring the readiness of facilities and services.
* Experience in supervising work teams and technicians and distributing tasks.
* Ability to diagnose faults and provide appropriate solutions efficiently and quickly.
* Good knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
* Adherence to safety and health regulations and their application.
* Good skills in preparing technical reports and monitoring contractor work.
* Ability to work under pressure, solve problems, and make appropriate decisions.
* Communication and organizational skills and teamwork.
