– Attend to client calls 24/7.
– Attend to breakdown and maintenance calls.
– Scheduling and taking appointments for periodic maintenance.
– Coordinating with Maintenance Companies/Technicians to attend to the relevant. breakdowns/maintenance under the given time frame as promised to the client.
– Arranging Technician schedule on daily basis.
– A can-do Attitude, a Self-Motivator, a Problem Solver, a Fast Learner, Able to work under Pressure and without any supervision.
– Ability to work with limited resources, under the tight schedule and meeting deadlines.
