Maintenance Coordinator Jobs in Dubai at Yogi Fixes
Ø You will be responsible for generating leads for our business in front and meeting each customer’s needs by offering the best possible recommendation of the services we offer.
Ø Working with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all of our valued customers and meeting individual and team sales goals.
Ø Establishing cordial relationship with all the clients, sub-contractors and all other stake holders.
Ø Developing in-depth knowledge of company’s business and liaise with the operation team for project execution to the utmost satisfaction of the client.
Ø Answering calls and responding to queries in a courteous and professional manner.
Ø Keeping logs of all enquiries received through phone calls or any other medium including emails, social media accounts, WhatsApp etc.
Ø Coordinating with the team and scheduling the maintenance activities.
Ø Coordinating with the manager of advertising to prepare advertising policies and plans that will generate leads for new customers of the company as a whole.
Ø Coordinating for procurement of materials / sub-contractors as and when required.
Ø Reviewing the progress of ongoing works and preparing reports for the management.
Ø Acting as escalation point for all requests and incidents.
Ø Developing and maturing phone/ticket escalation processes to ensure free flowing escalation and information within the organization.
Ø Following up with the client in case of delay in payment.
Ø Creating, Uploading and Managing promotional posts on the Social Media Pages of the company.
Ø Keeping records of all maintenance works and payments.
Ø Creating and Maintaining Client Database.
Ø Following up with the client for feedback and maintaining feedback register.
Ø Participating in all activities related to Brand Management and Marketing.
Ø Maintaining attendance register.
Ø Suggesting innovative ways for the business promotion and developing growth strategies
Ø Ensure all the commitments are accomplished as per the project plans and cost estimations.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
