STARCO FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERS is looking for a proactive and organized Firefighting Maintenance Coordinator to manage daily maintenance operations and technician scheduling for maintenance division.
The ideal candidate should have experience coordinating field teams in Firefighting electrical, or general maintenance services. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and customer coordination skills to ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule daily maintenance jobs for technicians
- Handle customer calls, job updates, and appointment confirmations
- Monitor technician attendance, movement, and job completion
- Coordinate emergency and urgent maintenance requests
- Support AMC service coordination and follow-ups
- Ensure smooth communication between customers, technicians, and management
- Handle customer complaints and operational issues professionally
- Assist with operational reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in maintenance or operations coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
