Job Vacancy: Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking a proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Fire Protection industry and be capable of coordinating maintenance operations while ensuring excellent customer service and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and service schedules.
- Assign work orders and monitor technicians’ progress.
- Liaise with clients regarding maintenance requests, AMC contracts and service updates.
- Prepares and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them
- Prepare reports and maintenance documentation.
- Prepare and monitor maintenance schedules, work orders.
- Prepare and submit material requests based on site requirements and approved quotations.
- Ensure timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors when required.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and asset information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Coordinator, preferably in a Fire Protection company.
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems is an advantage.
- Experience handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
