Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Specialist to lead and execute impactful marketing campaigns that position Neu Real Estate as a leading brand in Dubai’s competitive property market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing, with a passion for real estate and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to promote property listings, company branding, and services.
Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
Run targeted digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to generate high-quality leads.
✍️ Create compelling content (videos, graphics, blogs, newsletters) tailored to the real estate audience.
Coordinate property photoshoots and video tours for listings.
Collaborate with agents to ensure property listings are well-marketed.
Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
Identify new marketing opportunities, such as influencer collaborations, sponsorships, and local events.
️ Stay up to date with the latest market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
✔️ Proven experience in real estate marketing or property development marketing (2-4 years preferred).
✔️ Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
✔️ Creative mindset with strong design and content creation skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
✔️ Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
✔️ Familiar with Dubai’s real estate market and buyer behaviors.
✔️ Experience in lead generation for real estate is highly desirable.
