Transport Management
Manage the daily operation of the school bus fleet.
Coordinate bus routes, schedules, and driver assignments.
Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and performance.
Ensure all school vehicles have valid registrations, insurance, inspections, and permits.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
Respond promptly to transport-related issues and emergencies.
Maintain transport records, fuel consumption, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
Liaise with parents regarding transport matters when required.
Maintenance & Facilities
Oversee the maintenance of all school buildings, classrooms, playgrounds, and facilities.
Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff and external contractors.
Ensure timely completion of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance work.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and safety issues.
Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and supplies.
Ensure the school environment remains clean, safe, and operational.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience:
- Similar: 2 years (Required)
