The Maintenance and Operations Engineer is responsible for managing and coordinating all maintenance and operational activities for the facilities owned by the company. This includes ensuring the continuity of operations and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, managing support services, monitoring vendor performance, ensuring equipment readiness, adhering to quality and safety standards, and working on improving operational performance while optimizing costs to meet the company’s objectives.

- Prepare and implement operational plans and monitor their execution.
- Manage timelines and technical reports for operations.
- Lead technical teams and distribute daily tasks while monitoring performance.
Key Departments and Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Management:
- Manage requests and execution: Receive maintenance requests and direct them to technicians, overseeing their execution until completion.
- Facilitation and procurement: Determine repair costs and send quotes to clients, coordinating with finance for invoicing.
- Supervise maintenance and operations of facilities and implement safety programs.
- Procurement Management:
- Ensure requirements: Provide all necessary office supplies and equipment for operations.
- Manage vendors: Interact with vendors and establish agreements, opening accounts specific to the company.
- Warehouse Management:
- Monitoring and inventory: Track inventory and conduct periodic audits (monthly, semi-annual, and annual).
- Organization and documentation: Define and apply procedures for the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Manage warehouse inventory and its documentation.
- Facility Management:
- Field supervision: Conduct regular visits and inspections of facilities to monitor conditions and compliance.
- Contract management: Establish and monitor maintenance contracts and procure new facility management contracts.
- Quality monitoring: Ensure the quality of services provided at all sites and work on continuous improvements.
