Responsibilities
Job Purpose
Execution of tasks related to Electrical & Controls maintenance and engineering works in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner within specified time frames.
Principal Accountabilities
Achieve line availability and equipment readiness.
Follow and review PEMM improvement plans.
Perform work orders and tasks assigned by supervisors.
Resolve technical problems and identify parts requirements.
Execute maintenance schedules adhering to engineering standards.
Maintain and implement AIB standards.
Update SAP PM & CM work orders.
Identify root causes of major and recurring issues.
Ensure safety policies are followed.
Participate in EHS management system improvements.
Operate utilities equipment.
Maintain accurate SAP records.
Monitor daily parameters and report activities.
Support process improvements and reliability initiatives.
Attend maintenance meetings and share best practices.
Qualifications
Knowledge / Skills
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
Hands-on troubleshooting experience with electrical equipment, PLC, SCADA, instrumentation, and controls.
Experience with LT & MCC panels, control panels.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards, maintenance planning, and EHS policies.
Ability to read plans, diagrams, and drawings.
Knowledge of maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English.
Experience
Minimum 2 years industrial experience preferred.
