Overview:
We are seeking a Client Support who will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate support regarding our products and services within the financial markets. This involves addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams.
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, a passion for client service, and a solid understanding of financial markets.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional support to clients regarding trading platforms, account management, and market-related inquiries.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical or financial issues related to transactions, orders, and account discrepancies.
Educate clients on market trends, financial instruments, and trading strategies when needed.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and data security protocols.
Work closely with internal teams (trading, IT, compliance) to address client concerns and improve service quality.
Assist with client onboarding and training on our platforms and services.
Potentially contribute to client reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
At least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Prior experience in client support, trading, or financial services is preferred.
Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. CQG, Meta Trader, or CRM, market data systems, and financial instruments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
Ability to work under pressure, resolve issues efficiently, and manage multiple tasks.
Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially in global financial markets.
