Job Description:
Infradef Facilities Management LLC is looking for a skilled Painter with experience in residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. The ideal candidate should be experienced in surface preparation, color mixing, and finishing techniques while ensuring quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and priming before painting.
✅ Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
✅ Repair walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to ensure a smooth finish.
✅ Follow safety guidelines and ensure a clean workspace.
✅ Work with other maintenance teams on renovation or facility improvement projects.
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience as a Painter in commercial or residential projects.
✔ Ability to mix and match paint colors for the required finish.
✔ Skilled in handling painting tools and materials.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
✔ Knowledge of safety procedures and protective coatings.
